The work principle involves placing the conjoined plastic ampoule within the transporter's interval, allowing it to be transferred to the detecting channel. There are two detecting channels (channel 1 and channel 2), each capable of detecting the head, body, and bottom of the ampoule. After passing through the detecting channels, the ampoule is then transferred to channel 3 and channel 4, where the head, body, and bottom on the other side of the ampoule are similarly detected. Finally, the reject unit separates the qualified and unqualified ampoules. The qualified ampoules are transferred to the next station via conveyer bell mesh, while the unqualified are routed to an unqualified collection device (not shown on the graph as it is customarily provided by clients).
