General Introduction
Used in pharmaceutical factory production to automatically check impurities in plastic bottles infusion. Inspected items includes: glass crumbs, hair, white powder etc and liquid level. Inspect scope: 50ml-250ml infusion in plastic bottle and glass bottle.

Work-process
1. The product to be tested is transported to the infeed track, and the bottle to be tested is transported to the infeed screw.
2. The solvent bottle is divided into equal distances by the infeed screw, and sent to starwheel, which is driven counterclockwise to transport the product to be inspected to the detection plate;
A liquid level detection station is arranged on the starwheel.
3. The large plate moves in a clockwise direction, and the bottle revolving seat and the bottle press head on the large plate fix the solvent bottle from top to bottom. After the bottle body is fixed, the servo motor drives the bottle body to rotate the bottle for the first time. During the process, 360-degree inspection of bottle appearance defects and capping defects completely finish.
4. The product to be inspected is braked in an emergency, and after the bottle body rotation stops, the industrial camera is used for continuous high-speed tracking and photography.The image is analyzed and processed to extract the movement trajectory of the foreign body to determine whether there is any foreign body inside the product to be inspected. The first time the bottle was rotated, 4 sets of images were collected after 2 foreign body detection stations.
5. Spin the bottle for the second time for the product to be inspected. After the rotation of the bottle body stops, carry out the detection of foreign objects in the solvent and floating objects on the liquid surface.During this inspection, two sets of images are collected in one station for the detection of foreign objects. The station detection collects 1 set of images at a high frame rate through 1 station.
6. After the detection is completed, the solvent bottle reaches the junction point between the detection plate and the outfeed starwheel, the bottle-spinning head rises, the solvent bottle enters the outfeed starwheel, and the outfeed starwheel is driven counterclockwise to send the solvent bottle to the rejecting mechanism.
7. The rejecting mechanism sends the unqualified products into the defective product channel, and the qualified products enter the qualified product channel, then all the inspection actions are completed.
