Vial Wahing Sterilizing Filling Stoppering and Capping Production Line
Applications:
The unit consists of QCL series vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine, SZA series airflow sterilizing & drying machine and DGZ series filling and stoppering machine.It carry out the processing procedures for the production of antibiotic vial such as ultrasonic cleaning, drying, sterilizing, filling and capping,etc. It is suitable for the production of 1-20m1 vials
The processing procedures show as follows:
Water spraying→ ultrasonic washing → external rinse→ first circulating water rinse → first compressed air blowing →first rinse fresh water → second compressed air blowing→second rinse fresh water → third compression air blowing→ air blowing → sterilization → cooling → filling → capping → counting.

QCL series vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine
According to production requirements, there are three models: QCL40B, QCL60B, and QCL80B
Characteristics:
1. Fresh water, circulating water and compressed air applies ultra filtration technology to clean water and compressed air for cleaning, which is beneficial to improve the clarity of washing bottles.
2. High-power (600w) ultrasonic device is adopted, and the power is adjustable to achieve the best cleaning effect.
3. Adopt a conveying net belt for container in-feed, a special mold for container out –feed.
4. An independent water and air supply system is completed with each processing section, and the cleaning medium can be used circularly.
5. Adopt a patent-design tracking rinse technology for container cleaning. The needle insert the corresponding container in a way of tracking mode to rinse the inside of it, which can reduce the lost of pressure, and get a good rinsing effect.
6. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC (programmable logic controller). There are two control methods: button and touch screen.
7. The machine is equipped with the following protection systems
(1) Automatic constant temperature control of water temperature in the water tank, equipped with a water level control switch
(2)The water and air pressure can be indicated and adjusted
(3) It can’t start or it stops automatically when the water temperature or water vapor pressure is low or a bottle jam happens in the later drying and sterilizing unit.

SZA series antibiotic vial sterilizing & drying machine
According to production requirements, there are three models: SZA620/43,ASM900/68, SZA1200/70
Characteristics:
Use the hot air laminar flow principle to sterilize the containers, make the containers get a 100 grade purified condition after hi-temperature sterilizing; it can eliminate the pyrogen of containers efficiently.
Heating zone: A unique air-conducting device prevents granule enter the heating zone.
Sterilizing zone: sterilizing process finished within 10 to 15 minutes, the sterilizing temperature can reach up to 300 to 350℃
Cooling zone: under the protection of LF,the containers after high temperature sterilization are cooling down to the temperature 10 to 15 ℃ above room temperature.
The patent-designed temperature distributing system ensures the temperature uniformity in sterilizing tunnel.
The heating seat completed with a patent-design openable hinge is convenient for cleaning and maintenance
The patent-designed pressure stabilizing system ensures the air pressure uniformity in sterilizing tunnel.
All the fans use frequency conversion for speed adjusts; air pressure can be adjusted freely. All the purifying chambers completed with patent-designed negative pressure sealing technology, no sealing material in need.
A patent-designed power-cut protection device for hi-temperature and hi-efficiency filters and hi- temperature fan bearing water –cooling device are completed for sterilizing and drying.

An on-spot cleaning device for belt cleaning can be added in demand of user
This unit is completed with the following protection system .1.the cleaning machine can’t start when the sterilizing temperature is lower than the setting value 2. the heating compartment stops when the sterilizing temperature falls down to 100℃.3. The heating compartment stops when the LF speed is lower than the setting value. 4. The cleaning machine stops automatically when a bottle jam happens in the heating compartment
An controllable silica no-contact temperature controlling technology is completed to ensure the controlling elements a long life, temperature distribution more uniformity and temperature change within 2to 5℃
Operated by a touch screen that can display air pressure, temperature and failure‘s indication , diagnosis, analyzing and eliminating method on the controlling points.

According to the production requirements, there are various models of DGS8, DGS12, and DGS16.
