Main application

Vertical automatic labeling of round bottles, such as oral liquid bottles, are equipped with a machine visual identification system to detect label coding and labeling. And reject defective products automatically.

Work principle

The medicine bottle arrives at a certain position of the star wheel. After the medicine bottle is photoelectrical sensed, it is supplied by the label supply servo motor. At this time, the label coding and detection are carried out simultaneously. After label supply, the medicine bottle is rotated and pressed by Labeled belt. After the labeling press is completed, the base of the medicine bottle is driven by the synchronous belt to rotate. The three cameras take pictures and analysis of the medicine bottle that has been labeled from different angles. And then reject the defective products.

Work process

Medicine bottle to be labeled →Separate and infeed bottle screw→ labeling star wheel → photoelectric sensor → out of label (code spraying, label spray code detection) →Press label → labeling detection →Feed out the qualified and the rejected separately
