Syringe Automatic Labeling Machine
Main application
The principal usage of this equipment is for the vertical automated labeling of circular bottles, specifically those containing oral liquids. This machine is equipped with a visual identification system, which facilitates detection of label coding and labeling. Additionally, the system automatically rejects any defective products.
Upon reaching a designated position on the star wheel, the medicine bottle is detected by a photoelectrical sensor, which triggers the label supply servo motor. Consequently, labeling and detection ensue simultaneously. Once the label is supplied, the labeled belt rotates and applies pressure to the medicine bottle. Subsequently, the base of the bottle rotates through the help of a synchronous belt after the labeling process is completed. Three cameras then capture and scrutinize the labeled medicine bottle from diverse angles, facilitating the identification and subsequent rejection of defective products.
Work process
Medicine bottle to be labeled →Separate and infeed bottle screw→ labeling star wheel → photoelectric sensor → out of label (code spraying, label spray code detection) →Press label → labeling detection →Feed out the qualified and the rejected separately
