Control system
Features: The joint control method of industrial computer + PLC is adopted
Advantages: PLC is used to control the movement of the equipment, so that the equipment has good stability and high movement accuracy; the industrial computer is used as the upper computer, so that the whole system can process a large amount of data, convenient man-machine interface interaction, audit trail, peripheral equipment connection, etc. , reduce the learning cost of workers. The power system adopts a full set of Mitsubishi systems. The high-frequency and high-voltage core components are independently developed by our company.

Inspecting process
The soft bag is conveyed to the accelerating mesh belt by connection or manual feeding. The acceleration mesh belt spreads the distance between the soft bags and then feeds them into the station of the conveyor mesh belt. The conveyor mesh belt is divided into several sections, which are intersected with each other. Each section of the network belt is composed of multiple plastic chains in parallel, and there are gaps between the plastic chains.
The soft bags are conveyed forward by the mesh belt, meanwhile their head mouth tube and the lower surface are to be inspected in turn (due to the surface contacted with the chain, it only can be inspected within the chain gap between the plastic chains every time, so it need to be inspected in two belt interval by inspecting twice, then one side surface leak inspection of the soft bag is finished); and then the bags through the turnover wheel, the other side surface of soft bag that originally located in the above is turned over to be lower surface; then this side surface through twice body inspecting and one top inspecting; the leak inspection of overall bag is finished.
Then, reject the unqualified products by the reject device. When the system has inspected out unqualified products, the reject device rotates upward at a certain angle and the unqualified products fall off. When the reject system inspects that it is a good product, the reject device will return to its position and connect with the conveying mesh belt, then the good products will be transported to the subsequent connecting net belt through the net belt on the reject device;
Finally, the collection work will be done manually or the machine can be connected to the subsequent machine.
