Automatic Ampoule Inspection Machine
Application
It’s mainly used for the automatic inspection of the visible impurity (such as glass or metal scraps, fiber, hair, and white powder or flakes) in ampoule injection. It can be also used for the visible impurity in vials and oral liquid bottles.
Working process
Use mechanical visual principle to take an identification inspection on the visible impurity. The product is held stopped to a standstill while it rotates at a high speed. At that moment, an industrial camera takes a series of pictures continuously on it. These pictures are analyzed and compared by a computer system to judge whether the inspected product is qualified, meanwhile divide them automatically into the qualified and the rejects.
Inspecting procedure:
Products to be inspected → feed in → enter the photoelectric inspection zone → rotate the bottle → stop → take pictures → the bottles dividing device distinguishes the qualified bottles and the rejects according to the software instruction → the qualified bottles and the rejects feed out separately
